Procurement Timeline
Confirm product name, application and target specifications first, then particle size, quantity, packing, destination and expected lead time before batch COA and order terms are reviewed.
Own graphitization furnaces, higher fixed carbon and lower sulfur/ash options
Product Gallery

GPC is produced in Juxing Carbon's own graphitization furnaces at high temperature, with supply reviewed by specification, batch status, packing and delivery requirements.
Not buying from others to resell — our own graphitization furnaces produce. Temperature, time, atmosphere — we control them all. You can trace where the specs come from.
Sulfur, ash, volatile matter, moisture and size should be reviewed against shipment batch COA and order confirmation.
Particle size, quantity, packing method and destination should be confirmed before quotation review.
GPC is produced in our own graphitization furnaces at high temperature, giving higher fixed carbon and lower sulfur and ash than calcined coke — suited to impurity-sensitive applications. Charging through screening and packing runs on our own lines.
Typical specification: fixed carbon 【__%】 (markedly higher than CPC), sulfur 【__%】, ash 【__%】; sizing to application. Used in high-end recarburizing, precision foundry, graphite electrode feedstock, and selected anode material applications.
For RFQ, provide: target fixed carbon, sulfur limit, particle size, quantity (MT), packing, port / destination and Incoterms.
The following are typical inquiry ranges. Final specs subject to shipment batch COA.
We can provide different particle size specifications based on your requirements

| Parameter | Typical Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed Carbon F.C. | 98.0–99.0% | Depends on graphitization degree and raw material route |
| Sulfur S | 0.01–0.50% | Select by application and batch availability |
| Ash | 0.2–1.0% | Confirmed by shipment batch COA |
| Volatile Matter V.M. | 0.5–0.8% | Reflects graphitization condition |
| Moisture | ≤0.5% | Confirmed by batch and packing condition |
| Nitrogen N | 300–500 ppm | Commonly reviewed for foundry applications |
| Particle Size | 0–1 / 1–5 / 0–10 mm or custom | Affects feeding and absorption |
| Packing | 1 mt jumbo bag / 25 kg bags into jumbo bag | Confirm packing and destination before shipment |
GPC graphitized petroleum coke is used where low sulfur, high fixed carbon, particle size and downstream carbon-addition requirements need batch confirmation.
Procurement Check
Product specifications, COA fields, packing method and destination terms should be reviewed under the same batch context. Quotation and delivery remain subject to available batch and order confirmation.
Confirm product name, application and target specifications first, then particle size, quantity, packing, destination and expected lead time before batch COA and order terms are reviewed.
Quotation factors normally include fixed carbon, sulfur, ash, sizing, packing, quantity, freight distance and batch condition. Total landed cost should not be judged by unit price alone.
Avoid sending only the product name, missing particle size or packing, or leaving application and destination unclear. Incomplete RFQs slow down specification review and batch matching.
