Supply Discussion Points

Green coke is a refinery by-product — we do not produce it. Juxing Carbon handles source selection, specification grading, screening and stable supply.

01
Spec-Matched Supply

Petroleum coke batches are reviewed by refinery or import source, specification and available batch condition. Specs confirmed before shipment, not after. You can trace where the specs come from.

02
Batch COA Review

Sulfur, ash, volatile matter, moisture and size should be reviewed against shipment batch COA and order confirmation.

03
Packing and Delivery

Particle size, quantity, packing method and destination should be confirmed before quotation review.

Petroleum Coke Supply

Juxing Carbon also supplies green petroleum coke as a sourced feedstock. Green coke is a refinery by-product — we do not produce it. What we do is source selection, specification grading, screening and stable supply: matching coke to your downstream use by sulfur, volatile matter, particle size and application.

Because we run our own calcining and graphitization, we know which green coke suits which downstream process — so the grading on this line reflects real processing requirements, not just resale.

For RFQ, provide: end use (direct use / calcining feedstock / other), sulfur and volatile matter requirements, particle size, quantity (MT), packing, port / destination and Incoterms.

Procurement Check

Procurement Timeline from Specs to Batch

Product specifications, COA fields, packing method and destination terms should be reviewed under the same batch context. Quotation and delivery remain subject to available batch and order confirmation.

01

Procurement Timeline

Confirm product name, application and target specifications first, then particle size, quantity, packing, destination and expected lead time before batch COA and order terms are reviewed.

02

Cost Comparison

Quotation factors normally include fixed carbon, sulfur, ash, sizing, packing, quantity, freight distance and batch condition. Total landed cost should not be judged by unit price alone.

03

Common Mistakes

Avoid sending only the product name, missing particle size or packing, or leaving application and destination unclear. Incomplete RFQs slow down specification review and batch matching.
