Graphite Electrode

Juxing Carbon manufactures graphite electrodes on our own production lines — extrusion, baking, graphitization, machining and nipple machining, all in-house — across RP, HP, SHP and UHP grades. Electrodes and nipples are machined and supplied as matched sets.

Sizing is selected by furnace type and current load. Share electrode diameter, length, nipple type, furnace capacity and current density so the suitable power grade and specification can be matched.

For RFQ, provide: power grade (RP / HP / SHP / UHP), diameter, length, nipple model, furnace type / current load, quantity, packing and destination.
