Product Structure
The manual keeps the old brochure reading logic, but uses the current public product priority: petroleum coke supply, CPC, GPC, graphite electrode, graphite carbon products, quality service and packaging delivery.
Petroleum coke supply should be reviewed by coke type, sulfur, ash, moisture, volatile matter, fixed carbon, particle form, current batch, packing and delivery conditions.

CPC is produced from raw petroleum coke after calcination. Calcination removes moisture and volatile matter, improves density, mechanical strength, conductivity and oxidation resistance.

GPC is produced by graphitizing petroleum coke at high temperature. Public communication should focus on fixed carbon, sulfur, ash, volatile matter, moisture, nitrogen when required, particle size and application.

Graphite electrodes are made from petroleum coke, needle coke and coal pitch through calcining, batching, kneading, forming, baking, impregnation, graphitization and machining. They are used as conductive materials in arc furnaces for steelmaking, silicon smelting and yellow phosphorus smelting.

The old manual covers graphite powder, graphite block, graphite round cake, graphite rod, graphite tile, graphite electrode scrap, graphite crucible, graphite mold and graphite electrode lifting plug. These products should be discussed by form, material route, size, drawing, quantity and application.

Calcined needle coke is a high-quality carbon raw material with metallic luster, obvious flow texture and needle-like particle structure. It is used for high-end carbon products such as UHP electrodes, specialty carbon materials and composite materials.
