Research indicates that for semi-graphitized carburant with specifications C≥98.5%, S≤0.3%, and particle size of 1-5mm, mainstream market prices range between 2,900-3,000 RMB/ton (including tax).

Raw Material: Petroleum coke prices have shown a slight upward trend recently, with independent refineries maintaining stable operations, mainly producing according to orders. Calcined coke with specifications of 8-25mm particle size and S≤3.5% is mainly priced at 1,950-2,000 RMB/ton (including tax).

Production Side: Anode material manufacturers are producing based on sales and controlling inventory levels. Some subcontractors have already completed their production for the year and are starting maintenance shutdowns. As a result, the short-term supply of semi-graphitized carburant may be reduced due to limited availability of by-products from anode production.

Demand Side: The short-term steel market shows a weak and fluctuating trend, with downstream buyers being relatively cautious and a growing sense of market uncertainty. Environmental alerts have been initiated across various regions, with Tangshan starting a Level II response on the 23rd, which may temporarily limit steel production.

Overall Outlook: The supply of raw materials for semi-graphitized carburant remains tight, leading to a market condition where supply is available but demand remains tepid.
