In terms of downstream, 71 independent EAF steel plants, with an average operating rate of 15.63%, a month-on-month increase of 12.05% and a year-on-year increase of 1.9%. Among them, the northwest and southwest regions increased significantly, the east and central regions showed a slight upward trend, and the rest regions remained flat.
