Three main processing methods of graphite electrode

Graphite electrode refers to a kind of high-temperature resistant graphite conductive material made of petroleum coke and pitch coke as aggregates, coal tar pitch as binder, through raw material calcining, crushing, grinding, batching, kneading, forming, baking, impregnation, graphitization and machining, which is called artificial graphite electrode.

Downstream applications include electric arc steelmaking furnace, submerged arc furnace, resistance furnace, preparation of special-shaped graphite products, etc.
